Functional breakdown

Power distribution & conversion functional diagram
Nominal 24 V or 48 V is only a starting point: include charged voltage, loaded battery sag and transients. Select required output rails and isolation separately. Battery packs, BMS and charging are reviewed through the associated energy-storage module. AC-DC applies only to plugged-in single-axis equipment. Functional selection guide; selected-device documentation defines dimensions and wiring.
