POWER

Power components and interfaces.

5 blocks. Review operating duty, receiving interface and supplier documentation before selection.

Selection boundaries

Battery input & protection

Quote the input interface and requested protection components. Battery packs, BMS and charging have separate equipment integration pages in the energy-storage module.

DC-DC conversion

Examples include a nominal 48 V system supplying 24 V, 12 V or 5 V rails. Actual input limits must include charge voltage, sag and applicable transients.

Current measurement

Match isolation, common-mode range and receiver requirements. A measurement component alone is not a certified protective function.

AC-DC — plugged-in single axis

This block applies to plugged-in axes and fixed equipment. It is not a supply block for battery mobile platforms.

Brake & logic auxiliary rail

A separate rail does not imply stored energy or ride-through. For a spring-applied brake, removing coil power engages the brake; any retained supply must follow the validated stop sequence.

SUPPLY SCOPE

Additional equipment and vehicle integration.

Battery packs · BMS · chargers · LiDAR · safety scanners · cameras · navigation computers · fleet software.

Review battery/BMS, charging, navigation, camera interfaces and fleet services through the associated equipment and vehicle modules. Protective-system devices and vehicle-level validation are specified for the chosen installation; availability and compatibility are confirmed per project.
