COMPONENT ENQUIRIES
Outdoor automation
Separate traction and working loads; edge/limit inputs and service-exposed connectors.

Equipment tasks
Four inputs to start with
Slope and traction demand
Provide the operating range, receiving interface or drawing that defines this requirement.
Separate cutting/cleaning startup loads
Provide the operating range, receiving interface or drawing that defines this requirement.
Edge/limit receiving interface
Provide the operating range, receiving interface or drawing that defines this requirement.
Washdown, mating cycles and cable strain
Provide the operating range, receiving interface or drawing that defines this requirement.

Open the blocks ↗Interconnect
Review component families, operating limits and receiving interfaces.
Open the blocks ↗AC-DC applies only to plugged-in equipment. Battery/BMS, charging, navigation and connected-service requirements can be reviewed through the vehicle and outdoor equipment project modules. Protective devices and complete-machine verification are specified for the selected installation.
From configuration to enquiry
Open a task above to review its separate electrical modules. Supply scope and compatibility are confirmed against the actual specification; complete equipment and component supply scope are confirmed for the selected project.

Module groups and constituent blocks
Handling & actuator interfaces
Lifting, picking and positioning have separate actuator interfaces. An articulated arm requires the arm supplier’s axis architecture; this is not a complete robot-arm offering.
Inspect module composition ↗Power distribution & conversion
Pack input, drive branches and auxiliary rails are separate selection blocks. AC-DC is relevant only when the machine is plugged in.
Inspect module composition ↗Position & state feedback
Encoder feedback, a home reference and a travel limit serve different functions. Match each device to the receiving controller.
Inspect module composition ↗Electrical load monitoring
Current measurement observes a pack, branch or phase. The receiving controller implements the defined monitoring behavior; a measurement device alone is not a safety function.
Inspect module composition ↗Connections & moving cable
Power, signal and moving-cable installation must be defined as complete mating and routing arrangements.
Inspect module composition ↗Stop, enable & limit interfaces
Separate machine stopping and restart requirements from ordinary position inputs. The equipment risk assessment defines the safety architecture.
